Smoothie Meal Plan ResultsI am 55 years of age and I have been struggling with my weight for a good 30 of those years. I have been up and down like a yoyo over the years and have tried all of the diets that I could stomach. I managed to lose a few pounds on most of them but gained all of it back and found myself missing and craving foods that would put the pounds back on. My highest weight was 218 pounds and I felt miserable! Today I finally feel back in control of my life and have found my authentic self and I contribute part of that to learning how to eat the healthy way and to lose weight while enjoying the foods that allowed me to lose the weight safely and easily. The answer for me was and is the Smoothie Meal Plan. The smoothies that I will give you the recipes for are very satisfying and filling. One smoothie is a large quantity (24 to 32 ounces) and it will take you quite awhile to finish especially if you eat it with a spoon. You can have 3 of these huge smoothies a day plus some snacks in between your meals. You will lose weight very quickly and shed several pounds the first 3 days. I had more energy, and felt more in control of myself and how I ate, my self-esteem improved, and I finally was in control of losing all of the weight I wanted in a very satisfying and healthy way.
