We fight all the time

Dear Positive Way,
I have a problem my boyfriend. We been dating about 8 months now and we been though a lot. First my kids father told him that I had sex with him and also i had a std before we got together and he end up getting to because i had thought that i did not have it anymore. we are still together but always fighting. what should i do , signed, creshia, age 23

Dear Creshia,  If you are fighting all of the time now things are only going to get worse.  It is time that you reevaluate yourself and why you continue to have sex with different men too early in the relationship.  It seems that your relationships start out with sex and that has gotten in the way of having a good relationship.  At age 23 with children it is time to take a step back and decide how you want to move forward with your life.  Please read our articles on Communication and Self-esteem.  I feel you will learn some skills in those areas that will allow you to go forward and make better decisions for yourself and your children.  You are more than a body being used for sex.  Develop your inner self and stop having sex so early in a relationship.  Once you develop your level of self-esteem you will be able to create better relationships.  Can you end this relationship now and be on your own for awhile to work on your issues?
