Fear Thoughts

I use the phrase "fear thoughts" to define persistent and consistent thoughts that are based on not having something in life.  To be defined as a "fear thought"  the thought is persistent and has to be a limiting belief in some way.  It comes from fear instead of from faith.

We all have fear thoughts and they are all internally generated. It is understandable  because of the negativity that we are bombarded with on a daily basis through avenues like the news, movies, music and some of the people we associate with.  One of our jobs or purposes in life is to start monitoring all of our consistent and persistent "fear thoughts"  on a daily basis.  Fear thoughts can bring or attract unwanted circumstances and events in our life. As part of our spiritual journey in life it is wise to become more aware of our "fear thoughts".  It is time to vigilantly make the conscious choice to move from fear based thought into faith based thought.   This can happen right away with the right tool.

If you really want to create more good in your life then start being vigilant in monitoring those fear thoughts and then consciously choose to reframe or restate them in a positive way where they show faith instead of fear.  The best way to reframe or restate a fear thought is through affirmations Affirmations work so well and they are one of the easiest tools you can use to create more positive thought.  I use them daily and have great success with them in all areas of my life.  Let's first look at some examples of common "fear thoughts".

These are just a few examples of some "fear thoughts".

I will never have enough money to make ends meet.
I am so poor.
I can't find or keep a job.
No one will hire me.
I am so unlucky.
I'm so stupid.
I'm not smart enough.
I never succeed at anything.
There is never enough money to go around.
I am not educated enough to make good money.
I am not lovable or likeable.
I have no friends.
I hate myself.
I hate my body.
I will never lose this weight.
I will never find love.
I'm not good enough.
I don't deserve happiness.

Once you become aware of your fear thoughts you can then begin to replace those thoughts with more positive persistent thought. It is never too late to start replacing "fear thoughts" with positive consistent thoughts.  This is where affirmations come into play.   Affirmations allow for more positive repetitive thought and that in turn leads to inspired action which then opens the door to receiving what we truly want and desire in life.  Affirmations are the easiest and most effective way to create more positive repetitive thought.  Even if you aren't aware of the power of your thought you will continue to create your life by default.  This happens automatically whether we believe it or not.   I am now choosing to create by conscious, controlled repetitive thought instead of by default.   How about you?
