You may print this and use it to keep track of every pill or use a tablet.  The key is to keep track of everything so you know you are on course.  I recommend that you chart out each day one at a time by filling in columns 1, 2, 3 and 4 for the next 24 hours or so.  The numbers for columns 1, 2, and 3 will come from the withdrawal table.

Keep this chart with you as it can be your road map to recovery.
