Challenge Your Thoughts

We all have interesting and also some crazy thoughts going on in our heads.  They just happen and they do not always tell the truth. If we believe all of our thoughts they can literally drive us crazy.  Each thought has to be challenged and questioned. 

Don’t believe all of your thoughts!  They lie to you and often cause more stress and unnecessary worry if you pay too much attention to them and give them more credibility than they deserve.  We highly recommend books like Thoughts are Things and As a Man Thinketh which will teach you how to challenge your thoughts and have a healthier mind and spirit along the way.
