Consulting at $2,083 per Minute

I was invited to tour a $220,000,000 operational division of a multi-billion dollar company to see if I might be able to contribute anything to their operations.   Within the first ten minutes of a four hour tour, I had identified a $250,000+ savings.  By the time the tour was over, an associate and I had identified an estimated $5 to $10 million in potential savings...that translates to $2,083 to $4,166 per minute.  The easy part was to identify the targets.  The more difficult part will be to complete the analysis and engineering to bring them to fruition...but those are details.  The even greater challenge may be to redirect the culture and business practices of this long-standing business.  Fortunately, we have the tools to accomplish all of these and look forward to a successful project.

Typical payback on consulting  projects such as this range from 10 times to 100 times the investment...sometimes far more.
