Steven C. Martin, President, is a seasoned professional manager, consultant, patented inventor, cost reduction expert, and problem-solving expert. Fortune 500 and family businesses have used his proven turn-around and problem-solving skills. His engineering degree is a foundation for over 30 years of professional practical knowledge and extensive technical and business graduate studies.  In 1999 he was awarded a Master of Science degree in Creative Studies from the State University College at Buffalo Center for Studies in Creativity in recognition of his extensive work in creativity and problem solving.   He was the 136th person in the world to have been awarded this advanced degree in creativity.  The Center is the only educational institution in the world that grants a masters degree in creativity & innovation.

He is a member of the adjunct faculty of the International Center for Studies In Creativity.

He has a real black belt in Tai Kwan Do Karate and a real black belt in Isshin Ryu Karate.

Catherine Martin, Vice President, is an author, entrepreneur, speaker, and consultant who has worked with the public for the last thirty years. Her experience includes Fortune 500 as well as family businesses. Much of this experience includes sales and customer service. She has an exceptional ability to understand the realities of complex interpersonal situations and to make effective recommendations and deliver results-oriented training.
